Your body contains a separate nervous system which is so complex, it has been called the second brain.  It comprises an estimated 500 million neurons (nerve cells), and is around 9 metres long, stretching from your esophagus to your anus.  Embedded in the wall of your gastro-intestinal system (GIT), the
